This is a closer look at the hillside that faces the Tulcea port. Here we see an interesting mix of the old and the new (notice the older homes in the foreground vs the younger, multi-story apartment buildings on the Danube quay), and the industrial and residential (the homes are located next to a factory or plant of sorts, whose furnace blows steam into the night air, and the crane in the background belongs to the port).
