Funny animal videos

Here’s something for a lazy Sunday afternoon. This first video is from a show where bunnies compete in various jumping feats. I’ve never seem anything like this before.

Some fellow really enjoys spanking his cat — and the cat seems to like it as well.

This little lamb is so cute I could hug him.

A horse gets the fresh idea to jump over the fence and join a bike race. People freak out, but thankfully no serious injuries occur, and the race goes on while the horse gallops away after missing a turn.

I didn’t think it was possible, but yes, you can fit an entire cat into a goldfish bowl. And, the cat will do it by itself!

A threatened tamandua (ant eater) strikes a kung-fu pose. Apparently that’s their natural reflex. Funny stuff!

This baby elephant dances while playing his harmonica. I can hear the owner goading him on, so I don’t know if the elephant truly enjoys it, or if it’s just trained behavior.

This Japanese group put together a stop-motion animation video set to something that could be called music:

Luray Caverns, in Virginia, has a man-made wonder: the Great Stalacpipe Organ. It’s made of little hammers that strike stalactites of various dimensions, producing musical sounds. I heard it in person, and it sounds pretty eerie in that big, dark cave.

Don’t know if these fellows are real policemen, but the song and video are pretty funny. Perhaps it’s because I can’t understand a single word:

A blooper reel shows a hapless fishing show host stumbling and mumbling his way through one disaster after another. The poor guy keeps on trying though! You gotta applaud him for his persistence.

Did you think it was impossible to drive a car straight up an almost vertical hill? Have a look at this video to see a real master in action. This fellow not only does just that, but he also averts a disaster when his car is about to flip over. Amazing driving!
