This interview features Tom Lovelock, who is originally from the UK, but has spent a good number of years in Africa and the Middle East, most recently in Qatar. He moved to Romania with his wife six months ago, and they intend to stay here permanently.

We just published episode 11 of Ligia’s Kitchen, which will show you how to make a delicious (and quick) raw whipped cream cake with frozen sour cherries. One of the fringe benefits of producing my wife’s cooking show is that I get to eat all the yummy treats she makes. This cake had me licking my fingers. It was delicious, and as you can see from the video, it takes about 5 minutes to make it.
